Everyone was really hospitable and kind, everything was squeaky clean and tidy. Nice brakfast, too.

Rooms are ugly. Kitchen furniture is next to the bed. Recepcion, hallways, restaurant, everything is very poor.

It is a low-quality hotel in general, everything is old in it. Another thing I didn't like is the strong smell in the rooms, since they aren't (or they weren't in the past) smoke free. To be satisfied with this hotel, one should pay far less than 70 euro/night

A very warm welcome at the reception! Friendly staff. We stayed in the suite before travelling to Samothraki and it is just perfect and quiet. Lots of space and a balcony.

They upgraded us to an apartment which was very nice and the staff bent over backwards to be of help. Also the free WiFi was very fast. Breakfast buffet was good.

Great appartment hotel in the center of Alexandroupoli, excellent to plan your nearby trips. The room had a mini kitchen we didn't use but it was good to have it there. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. It had a nice balcony but it could not be used because it was so dirty. Also the room was not cleaned the last day we stayed there.

I have stayed here several times and have found the hotel clean, safe and the staff friendly. Overall, a very positive experience though some times I feel the front desk can do a better job at being responsive (I have often had to wait some time while personal calls were being made.)
